Paul, rescue swimmer, is looking for a rubber boat reported in the area. After having got coordinates from the Central Operative Italian Coastguard in Rome, a fast rescue craft has left at sea carrying hundreds of life jackets, to intercept the migrants’ boat as soon as possible, because the boat’s status is unknown and nobody knows how much time there is to rescue them. Often there is no more fuel or the dinghy’s tubular are deflating and it cannot support the weight of hundred people and more. In the darkness, rescuers can only trust their expertise.
