International waters off the Libyan coast. Aboard MOAS Responder. Part of 314 rescued people are chatting and resting on desk, on the way back to Italy. After the rescues, all the people are accommodated on the boat deck, checked on by medical staff, rehydrated and fed on energy bars. Usually the long trip back to Italy begins, but sometimes the Central Operative Italian Coastguard in Rome may require to transfer all the people to another bigger and faster ship, and to stay in S.A.R. zone due to lack of other rescue ships in the area.
