Aboard MOAS FRDC (FastRescueDaughterCraft).
Some people, trying to come aboard, fell down to the water. Often, some people jump into the water, hoping they will be the first to be rescued and rescuers try to avoid that dangerous behaviour leaving them on the water, waiting for rescue after all the other people are on board. It can seem a cruel practice, but I may assure the fear mixed with sense of self-preservation can threaten lives and in the middle of the sea it isn’t safe.
